Thrown

Our schools are now closed for the rest of the year.

My emotions are all over the place. Worrying about the kids, who are in difficult home situations. I do hope social services are considered an essential business.

I don’t have much more to say tonight. I hope things improve more rapidly than expected.

Oh my gosh–just reading that line, “Our schools are now closed for the rest of the year” and thinking about how I would feel if (when?) my district made that decision, makes me feel so anxious and queasy! I think you’re right, that sometimes there just isn’t more to be said.

I am so afraid we may all end up with this news. Hugs to you as you try to find a way through this HARD time.
